The problem

The job is the easy part. Everything around it isn't.

A booking in one place, the brief in another, the contract in your downloads folder and the invoice in a spreadsheet you last opened in March. Every question a client asks costs you ten minutes of looking for the answer.

  • Times agreed over text, then double-booked
  • Prices worked out from scratch for every enquiry
  • Chasing a deposit you never actually asked for
  • Files sent through whatever link still works

Panorivo puts all of it on one screen โ€” and it's free.

โ€œAre we still on for Tuesday?โ€

โ€œHow much for a 4-bed?โ€

โ€œDid my deposit go through?โ€

โ€œCan you resend the invoice?โ€

Use cases

One platform for any freelance discipline.

Not one product with your trade's name pasted on it. Pick yours and see the words Panorivo will use.

Panorivo calls each job a shoot, asks for the shoot date, and hands over galleries your client signs off.

Get booked

A booking page that quotes the job and books the time.

Not a calendar with your name on it. Your client says what they need, sees the price, and takes a slot that is genuinely long enough for the work โ€” before you have read the email.

The public booking page: property details, optional extras, a running total and the times that fit the job

The price works itself out as they choose.

Bigger property, higher band. Add drone shots, the total moves. Type a postcode in your outer zone and the travel fee appears. They watch the number change instead of waiting a day for a quote.

  • โœ“Priced by size. Set your bands once - up to 1,200 sq ft, up to 2,500, and above.
  • โœ“Extras that sell themselves. Drone, floor plan, twilight set. Ticked at the moment they are thinking about it.
  • โœ“Times that actually fit. A three-hour job is never offered a ninety-minute gap, because the length follows what they picked.

You set it up once, in about ten minutes.

Write your bands, add your extras, name the postcodes you cover. Panorivo shows you a worked example as you go โ€” what the biggest job comes to, and how much of your day it really takes once travel and gaps are counted.

Change a price next month and nothing already booked moves. What somebody was quoted is copied onto their booking at the time, so a confirmation is a record rather than a live lookup.

How the booking page works
Setting up the booking page: price bands by property size, optional extras, and a worked example of the total

Nobody can double-book you

Two people submitting the same slot at the same instant is settled in the database, not hoped about. One gets it, the other is told immediately.

Travel time comes out of your day

Set what a postcode costs and how long it takes to drive there. The fee goes on their total; the drive is held clear either side of the shoot.

A calendar invite, both ways

They get an .ics that lands in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar. Cancel and it withdraws itself rather than sitting there looking valid.

No account, no app, no friction

They pick a time and leave their details. That's it. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to download.

Put it on your own website

Paste a few lines and the whole thing runs inside your site, resizing itself as they go. Or just send the link.

They can cancel themselves

Every confirmation carries a private link to the booking. Changing their mind costs you neither a phone call nor a slot.

Optional

Take a deposit before you hold the date.

Switch it on for the jobs that warrant it and leave it off for the ones that don't. A percentage or a flat amount, taken by card at the moment they book, with the balance settled with you as usual.

  • โœ“Straight to your own Stripe. The charge is created on your account. The money and the Stripe fee are yours, and Panorivo takes no cut.
  • โœ“The slot is held while they pay. It is genuinely theirs for the next half hour, so nobody else can take it mid-payment.
  • โœ“Unpaid holds free themselves. Walk away from the card form and the time goes back on your page. Nothing to tidy up.
  • โœ“Off by default. Every booking type decides for itself, and none of them start asking for money on their own.

How it works

From first enquiry to final payment, in one place.

Every screen below is the real app, not an illustration. This is the whole arc of a freelance job - and all of it is free.

Panorivo: Everything waiting on you, on one screen

Everything waiting on you, on one screen

Enquiries to answer, messages to read, invoices that have gone overdue - stated plainly at the top rather than left for you to find. Then the shortcuts you actually start from.

Everything you need to run a job, free.

Client onboarding

Build your own intake form, ask whatever you need, then send one link. Answers arrive as an enquiry, and accepting it creates the client and invites them to their portal.

  • Your questions, your wording: dropdowns, dates, tick boxes
  • Accept or decline without leaving the page
  • Portal invite goes out by email the moment you accept

The client side

They get a login, not a wall of links.

A portal in your business name and your colour. Projects, files, approvals and invoices, in one place they can find again next month.

  • โœ“Instructions pinned to the top, so the same question stops coming back
  • โœ“Download deliverables, or view-only until you've been paid
  • โœ“Approve a handover with their name, timestamped and recorded
  • โœ“See and pay invoices without creating another account

Card payments are created on your own Stripe account, so the money goes straight to you and Panorivo takes no cut - or use your own PayPal link, or plain bank transfer.

The full pricing page - including what happens to your data if you leave.

Why it exists

This started as a tool for one freelancer's own jobs, because invoicing by hand, chasing approvals over text and sending files through whatever link still worked wasn't a business, it was admin.

Every tool that solved it properly was built for agencies and priced per seat. So Panorivo is free, and stays free.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Something else on your mind? Create an account - it takes a minute and costs nothing.

Set up your first project in about five minutes.

Add a client, break the job into tasks, and send the quote. Your client gets a login and stops asking you where anything is.
