Send terms for signature from a link - no account, no printing - and keep the signed copy with the name, the time and the IP address against the exact wording that was on screen. Renaming a client later cannot rewrite it, because the wording is frozen when you save it.

The timeline lives in their portal as a deliverable, not as an attachment in a thread from last spring. Your instructions sit pinned at the top of it, which is where the back-and-forth stops.
Deposit, stages and the final balance
Send a quote, turn it into an invoice when they accept, and bill the balance against the same wedding. Overdue chasing sends itself, so the awkward email six weeks after the day is one you never have to write.

- Can both partners log in?
- They share one login. A portal login belongs to a client record, so the couple is one client with one set of credentials - which is usually what they want anyway.
- Does it manage my suppliers too?
- No. Panorivo runs the relationship with the people paying you. The supplier list is a document you deliver to the couple, not a directory Panorivo maintains for you.
