Feature
Deliver the work, and have it accepted
Sending finished work through whatever file-sharing link still works is how deliverables get lost, leaked or handed over before you are paid. Panorivo delivers them from inside the project they belong to, with the client's approval recorded at the other end.
Any file type, at any size
Uploads stream straight through rather than being buffered whole, so multi-gigabyte video and raw files go up without falling over. Artwork, drafts, photographs, footage, source files - whatever the job produces.
Stored privately, served on a check
Nothing uploaded ever sits in a public folder. Files live outside anything the web can reach directly, and are only served after a check that you own them or that they have been shared with that client - so a guessed URL gets nothing.
- Never in a public directory, never guessable
- Access re-checked on every single request
- Password-protected links for anyone without a portal login
Downloads on, or view-only until you are paid
Each set of deliverables is shared separately, and you decide whether the client can download it or only look at it. Handing over watermark-free finals before the invoice clears is a choice, not a default.
Approval, against a named person
Ask for sign-off on a handover and the client's acceptance is recorded with their name and the time. Revisions have a defined end, and the end is on the record.
Common questions
- Is there a storage limit?
- There is no per-account cap advertised, because there is no paid tier to push you onto. Storage is finite in the real world, so exceptionally heavy use may be discussed with you rather than silently cut off.
- Can someone without a portal login receive files?
- Yes - share a link and set a password on it. They get the files without creating an account.
