- No. Panorivo is business admin - agreements, forms, invoices and a portal. Uploaded files are access-checked and never sit on a public URL, but if you intend to keep notes that count as special category health data, satisfy yourself first that this meets your regulator, your indemnity insurer and your own data-protection obligations. Many practitioners keep clinical notes in a dedicated system and use Panorivo for the money and the paperwork.
