The proposal approved before you order
Share the final proposal and require sign-off. You get a name and a timestamp against what they saw, which is what you want on the morning a bride remembers a different shade of blush.
Images that are not a public link
Mood boards upload at full size and are served only after a check that the person asking is allowed to see them. Share view-only until the deposit clears, then turn downloads on.
Deposit, balance, and no chasing
Quote, convert, take the deposit against the order and bill the balance. Overdue reminders go out on their own.
