Get it signed before you start
A freelance job without a signed scope is a disagreement waiting for a deadline. Panorivo sends contracts, NDAs and statements of work for a typed signature from a link, and records the result so neither side can quietly rewrite it later.

The record is the point
Every signature is stored with the signer's name, the time and the IP address it came from, against the exact wording that was on screen. A signed copy neither side can change afterwards is the whole reason to do this properly.

Sign-off on handovers too
The same mechanism covers delivery. Ask for approval when you hand over a set of files and the client's acceptance is recorded against a named person - so "I never approved that" stops being a conversation you have to win from memory.
Common questions
- Is a typed signature legally binding?
- In the UK and most of the EU and US, an electronic signature can form a binding contract, and a typed name with a timestamp and IP address is a common form of one. Panorivo records the evidence; whether a given contract holds up is a question for a solicitor, not for us.
- Can I use my own contract wording?
- Yes. You write the document, and you can save it as a template to reuse. Panorivo handles sending it, signing it and keeping the record.
- Do smart fields keep updating after a contract is signed?
- No, and deliberately so. They are resolved to real text when you create the document, so a signed contract is a frozen record of exactly what was on screen. Renaming a client later cannot rewrite something they already agreed to.
