Use cases

For freelance event planners

The fee is agreed in week one and the scope moves every week after that. What decides whether an event was profitable is whether anyone wrote the changes down.

Events, dated by the event

Pick Event planner in settings and jobs become events with an event date. Run sheet, Supplier list and Floor Plan are offered as starting sets when you create one.

A run sheet somebody signed

Share the run sheet and require approval. The sign-off carries a name and a timestamp, which is the difference between a change of plan and a disagreement about what the plan was.

On-the-day costs, rebilled with receipts

Log the taxis, the extra ice and the replacement linen as rebillable expenses against the event, receipts attached. They drop onto the invoice at the end instead of quietly coming out of your fee.

Their own portal, in your name

The client logs in to something carrying your business name, logo and colour. For a one-person outfit pitching against agencies, that is most of the difference.

Common questions

Can one client have several events?
Yes. A client can hold as many events as you like, each with its own date, deliverables, time and invoices, and they all appear in that client's portal.
