Panorivo
Terms of use
Last updated 7 August 2026
Panorivo is free, and these terms are written to be read rather than to be impressive. The short version: it is yours to use for real work, your data stays yours, and a free service comes with no promises about uptime.
1. Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and Panorivo (“we”, “us”), an independently run online service. We are reachable at info@panorivo.com, and that is the right address for anything to do with these terms. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use it.
2. What we provide
A hosted tool for running freelance work: clients, projects, tasks, time, expenses, file delivery, contracts, quotes, invoices, a portal your clients can log into, and a public portfolio page. Every feature is free. There is no trial, no card required and no paid tier. If we ever charge for something new, existing features stay free and we will tell you before anything changes.
3. Your account
- You must give an accurate email address and keep your password to yourself.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You must be 18 or over and using Panorivo for a business.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got in.
4. Your data is yours
You keep all rights to everything you put in — your files, your client records, your invoices. We claim no ownership of it and we do not use it to train anything or to sell to anyone. We store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in our privacy policy.
You can export your reports to CSV at any time, and you can delete anything, or ask us to delete your whole account.
5. Your clients’ information
When you add a client you are putting someone else’s personal data into our system. You confirm that you are entitled to do so, and you remain the controller of it — we act on your instructions. You are responsible for what you send your clients through Panorivo, and for the accuracy of what you tell them.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Panorivo to:
- break the law, or help anyone else to;
- send unsolicited bulk email, or anything deceptive, through our email sending;
- store or share material you have no right to, or anything unlawful, malicious or deliberately harmful;
- attack, probe or overload the service, or attempt to reach data belonging to another account;
- resell the service as if it were your own product.
We may suspend or remove an account that does any of this, without notice where the harm is immediate.
7. Money, payments and paperwork
Panorivo does not take a cut of anything you invoice. If you connect Stripe, card payments are between you, your client and Stripe under Stripe’s own terms — we are not a party to the payment and we do not hold your money. If you invoice by bank transfer, that is entirely between you and your client.
The invoices, quotes and contracts Panorivo produces are documents you author. We do not give legal, tax or accounting advice, we do not check that anything you send is correct or compliant in your country, and we make no promise that a signature captured here will satisfy any particular legal requirement. Get advice if that matters to you.
8. Availability
We run Panorivo carefully but we do not promise it will always be available, fast or free of faults. There is no service level agreement, no guaranteed uptime and no compensation for downtime. We may change features, and we may take the service down for maintenance.
If we ever decide to shut Panorivo down we will give you at least 60 days’ notice by email so you can export your data and take it with you.
9. Backups
We take backups for our own operational purposes, but you should not treat Panorivo as the only copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. Keep your own copies of important files.
10. Liability
Panorivo is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, and we are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, lost business, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
Because the service is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to £100. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Ending it
You can stop using Panorivo whenever you like and ask us to delete your account. We may close an account that breaches these terms, or an account that has been inactive for a long time, after giving you reasonable notice and a chance to export.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will email you or show a notice in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Panorivo afterwards means you accept the new version.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer rather than a business, this does not affect rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
