What free actually means here
Not a limited tier and not a trial. Unlimited clients, projects, invoices, contracts and uploads, with no card taken and nothing withheld for a higher plan. What Panorivo does not do, it does not do on any account - there is no upgrade path, because there is nothing to upgrade to.
Where the money goes
Panorivo connects your own Stripe account and takes no cut. Charges are made directly on your account at Stripe's own rates, and Panorivo never touches the money - it holds your Stripe account id and nothing else. Bank transfer details work just as well if you would rather not use Stripe at all.
Delivery and sign-off, rather than a file link
Uploads never sit in a public folder. Every file is served through a check that the person asking is allowed to see it, and you can share a set view-only until the invoice clears, then turn downloads on. Ask for approval and you get a name, a timestamp and an IP address against the exact wording or files the client saw.
It speaks your trade, not photography
Pick from eighteen trades and the wording follows - jobs become shoots, weddings, campaigns, engagements or retainers, with the right date label and the right starter sets for deliverables. It is presentation rather than a different product, but it is the difference between software that fits and software you translate in your head.
