Use cases
For working musicians and DJs
The playing is the easy part. The rest is deposits, cancellation terms, a tech spec the venue has lost, and an invoice nobody has paid.
Bookings, dated by the performance
Pick Musician in settings and jobs become bookings with a performance date. Set list, Tech spec and Recordings are offered as starting sets.
Deposits and cancellation, in writing
Send the contract for signature from a link and keep the signed copy with a name, a time and an IP address. The cancellation clause is only worth anything if you can show they agreed to it.
A tech spec at a fixed address
The spec sits in the client portal rather than in an email chain. When the venue asks for it two days out, you send one link and it is the current version.
Balance billed, chasing automatic
Invoice the balance against the booking. Overdue reminders send themselves, which for function work is most of the admin gone.
Common questions
- Is there an availability calendar?
- No. Panorivo records the bookings you have taken, with their dates, but it does not publish the dates you are free or stop you double-booking. Keep your diary wherever you keep it.
