There is one plan, it costs nothing, and it has everything in it. No card to enter, no trial counting down, and no second column with the useful half of the product in it.
What free actually means here
Not free-for-now, and not free-until-you-have-three-clients. Every feature on the features pages is in the free account, with no limit on how many clients, projects, invoices or files you put through it.

Your money never passes through us
Connect your own Stripe account and card payments are created directly on it: the funds land in your balance, Stripe's fee comes out of your balance, and refunds and chargebacks are between you and Stripe. Panorivo sets no application fee and holds no funds - it is not a payment processor and never becomes one. Prefer PayPal? Paste your own link instead and we store nothing but the URL. Or print your bank details on the invoice and skip the lot.
Why it can be free
Panorivo was built for one freelancer's own jobs and then opened up, so it is not carrying a sales team or investors expecting a return. If paid extras ever appear they will be genuinely extra - a custom domain on your portfolio, say. The invoicing, the contracts and the client portal stay free.
And you can leave with your data
Reports export to CSV whenever you ask, and the files you uploaded are yours to download. A free product you cannot get out of is not free, it is a hostage situation.

- Is Panorivo really free?
- Yes. Every feature, unlimited clients, projects and invoices, with no card, no trial that expires and no feature held back for a paid tier.
- What's the catch?
- There isn't a hidden one. Panorivo was built for one freelancer's own jobs and the cost of letting other people use it is small. If paid extras ever appear they'll be things like a custom domain on your portfolio - never the invoicing, contracts or client portal.
- Do you take a cut of my invoices?
- No, and the architecture doesn't allow it. Card payments are created directly on your own connected Stripe account with no application fee, so Stripe settles them to you and Panorivo never holds the money. You can also just paste your own PayPal or Wise link, or print your bank details on the invoice - in those cases we store a URL or some text and are not involved at all.
- Do my clients have to pay for their portal?
- No, and there's no per-client charge to you either. Invite as many as you have.
- What happens to my data if you start charging?
- Reports export to CSV whenever you want them and your uploaded files are yours to download, so leaving is always possible. The commitment is that the invoicing, contracts and client portal stay free.
