Quote it, then get paid for it
The gap between agreeing a price and being paid is where freelance income goes missing. Panorivo closes it: the quote your client accepts becomes the invoice, the hours you logged become line items, and overdue reminders go out without you having to decide to send them.
A quote becomes an invoice on acceptance
Send a quote from a link. The client accepts or declines on the page, and an accepted quote turns into an invoice with the same lines and the same total - so the number you agreed is the number that gets billed.

Hours and expenses land as line items
Unbilled time and rebillable expenses queue up against the project and drop onto the next invoice at the right rate. What is left is a sanity check, not an evening of reconstruction.
Your numbering, your VAT, your terms
Set your own invoice number format, VAT treatment and payment terms once. Your business name, logo and accent colour are on every invoice, so it reads as your business rather than ours.
Paid the way you already get paid
Three routes, and you can offer more than one. Connect your own Stripe account and the invoice gets a Pay by card button that marks itself paid when the payment clears. Paste your own PayPal, Wise, Revolut or Monzo link and it becomes a button too. Or add your bank details and they print on every invoice. Panorivo is never in the middle of any of them.

Who carries the risk
Card payments are created directly on your Stripe account, which means the funds land in your balance, Stripe's processing fee comes out of your balance, and refunds and chargebacks are between you and Stripe. Panorivo holds no money and is not a payment processor. With a payment link it is even simpler: Panorivo stores a URL and nothing else, so it is not told when you are paid - you mark those invoices paid yourself, exactly like a bank transfer.
Chasing runs itself
An invoice that passes its due date is flagged and reminded on, which is the part everybody intends to do and nobody does on the day it is due.
