For freelance photographers

It speaks like a photographer
Pick Photographer in settings and the wording follows: jobs are shoots, they have a shoot date, and deliverables are galleries. New projects offer Final Photos, Raw Footage and Floor Plans as starting sets, and property and listing fields appear for the work that needs them.
Deliver galleries without a public link
Raw and edited sets upload at full size and are served only after a check that the person asking is allowed to see them. Share a gallery view-only until the invoice clears, then turn downloads on - or share a password-protected link for the client who will never make an account.
Get the shoot signed off
Send the contract for signature before the date, and ask for approval on the delivered gallery afterwards. Both are recorded with a name and a timestamp, which is what ends a fourth round of revisions.
Bill for the editing, not just the day
Log editing hours against the job as you do them. Unbilled time drops onto the invoice at your rate, so the retouching that took two evenings is on the bill rather than in your memory.
Common questions
- Does it handle multi-gigabyte raw files?
- Yes. Uploads stream straight through rather than being buffered whole, which is the thing that breaks on ordinary file forms.
- Can clients download before paying?
- Only if you let them. Each gallery is shared separately and downloads are a switch you control.
