The percentage is the real number
A subscription is a known cost. A percentage of everything you invoice is not, and it scales with your success rather than with the software's cost of running. On fifty thousand pounds of invoices, 2.7% is well over a thousand pounds a year. Panorivo takes none of it: you connect your own Stripe account, charges are made directly on it at Stripe's rates, and Panorivo never holds the money.
Your name on it, from the first day
The client portal, the emails and the invoices carry your business name, logo and colour on every account, because there is no tier to move up to. HoneyBook removes its own branding from your client's view once you are paying for Essentials.
What you give up
No scheduler, no automated sequences, no SMS. If your business runs on a booking link and a sequence that chases people for you, Panorivo is the wrong tool and this page would rather tell you now than take the signup.
Delivery, sign-off and the audit trail
Files are served only after an access check and never from a public URL. Contracts are signed from a link with the name, time and IP stored against the exact wording, and the wording is frozen when you save it - so renaming a client next year cannot rewrite what they signed.
